2009 Society of California Archivists Annual General Meeting

Workshop and Session Proposal Information Sheet

The 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Program Committee invites submissions for program proposals for the upcoming meeting of the Society of California Archivists (SCA). The meeting will include a two-day conference and a day of pre-conference workshops.

Meeting dates: May 7-9, 2009
Meeting location: Marriot in Riverside, California

Please note that presenters must register and secure their own funding and may only participate in one session.

Panel Discussion: open session, three to four individuals informally discussing a variety of theories or perspectives on the given topic(s)
Workshop: limited enrollment, allows interaction with participants and usually teaches or refines archival skills

Preference will be considered, but please be flexible so that we don't have to put all the digital sessions up against each other.
Audiovisual:
Requests for use of AV equipment will be granted only with sufficient justification.
Live internet access for sessions will not be available, but will be considered for workshops.
