SCA AGM 2019

Registration 

Online registration is now closed.

On-site ​registration ​will ​begin ​at ​12pm ​on ​Wednesday, ​April ​24, ​2019. ​Fees ​may ​be ​paid ​by ​check ​or ​credit ​card ​only.

Full ​registration: ​$200 ​for ​members; ​$100 ​for ​students; ​$225 ​for ​non-members

One ​day ​registration: ​$125 ​for ​members; ​$50 ​for ​students; ​$150 ​for ​non-members

Online ​registration ​will ​be ​available ​through ​April ​10, ​2019 ​(early ​registration ​ends ​on ​March ​29, ​2019). ​After ​March ​29, ​2019 ​all ​registration ​fees ​will ​increase ​by ​$75.00. ​

AGM Registration Cancellation Policy

Requests to cancel your registration must be submitted in writing to the Local Arrangement Committee Co-Chairs (emailed requests are accepted).

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• At least 3 weeks before the first scheduled date of the AGM: Full refunds available through April 3, 2019

• Less than 3 weeks before the first scheduled date of the AGM: 50% refund available from April 4, 2019 through April 17, 2019

• Less than 1 week before the first scheduled date of the AGM: No refunds starting April 18, 2019
