The 2020 Western Archivists Meeting will take place at The InterContinental San Francisco hotel from April 22-25, 2020.

A block of rooms is reserved for the special room rate of $249/night (excluding taxes and fees) while availability lasts. The hotel conference rate is available April 21-25. Complimentary guest room WiFi is included in this rate.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Powell St BART station and close to MUNI bus lines 7, 7X, 14, and 14R.

We know San Francisco is an expensive city and organizing the WAM is a costly endeavor. One of the ways that we mitigate costs is by guaranteeing the sale of a number of room nights. We urge you to stay at the hotel to ensure that our minimum room nights are met. Not meeting the guaranteed sales will result in additional fees incurred by the participating organizations.

The regular non-WAM hotel rate for these dates starts at $312/night so we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the conference rate and book your reservation as soon as possible.

The InterContinental San Francisco is staffed with multilingual Guest Relations professionals, business center services are available 24-hours and are located on the hotel's 3rd floor. Full business services include copying, printing, fax, high speed Internet and secretarial services. Complimentary guest room Wi-fi is included for all WAM attendees.
