Information for Vendors

The Western Archivists Meeting happens only once every four years. We anticipate an engaged group of approximately 400 archivists and information professionals from across the Western U.S. A big part of the attraction is having the chance to talk with vendors face to face and stay abreast of emerging technologies and services. Our attendees appreciate the support from vendors like you.

Exhibit Tables

Vendor hall: April 23-24, 8:00-4:00
The vendor exhibit hall is scheduled for two full days this year, when the most members are expected to attend. One or two day options are available for single or double staffed tables.

Fees do not include luncheon, lodging, transportation, parking, materials shipping/handling or storage costs.

Sponsorships

Logistics

Exhibition Dates: April 23-24, 2020 8:00-4:00

Location: The InterContinental San Francisco

Set-up time: 7:00 am

Take down time: 4:00 pm

Shipping instructions:

You may ship materials to the hotel prior to the event. Please plan for your items to arrive no more than 3 days prior to your arrival. Packages will be delivered the first day of the exhibition hall. Delivery fee is $10 per package.
