Online registration is now closed. On-site registration will begin at 12pm on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Fees may be paid by check or credit card only. Please be aware that registration on site for meals may not be available due to hotel policy.
In order to receive the SCA member discount, your SCA membership must be current before you register. To join SCA or renew your membership, please visit the Membership page.
Full registration
Through March 15: $200 for members; $100 for students; $250 for non-members
March 16-March 30: $200 for members; $100 for students; $250 for non-members, +$75 late fee
One day registration
Through March 15: Thursday, April 12: $125 member, $150 nonmember, and $50 for a student (this includes the plenary dinner); Friday, April 13: $100 member, $125 non-member, $50 student

Meals (requires registration before March 30): this year, a number of meals have been included in the cost of registration, including: opening reception, continental breakfasts both days, and a plenary dinner
Optional meals (requires registration before March 30): Thursday, April 12 optional boxed lunch: $20; Friday, April 13 awards luncheon: $30

AGM Registration Cancellation Policy:
Requests to cancel your registration must be submitted in writing to the Local Arrangement Committee Co-Chairs (emailed requests are accepted).
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
