The Society of California Archivists is excited to announce that registration for the 2026 Virtual Annual General Meeting is now open!
Registration Rates
Please note: To register as a member of SCA, your membership must be active and you will need your membership number.

SCA Members (Individual and Institutional members) -- $80
SCA Student Members -- $45
Non-Members -- $90
Cancellation
Requests to cancel your registration must be submitted in writing to the Local Arrangement Committee Co-Chairs (emailed requests are accepted). Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
· At least 3 weeks before the first scheduled date of the AGM: full refund.
· Less than 3 weeks before the first scheduled date of the AGM: 50% refund.
· Less than 1 week before the first scheduled date of the AGM: not eligible for refund

Want to host?
Submission for tours are still available! Please email localarrangements@calarchivists.org to submit a proposed location and include the date, time, attendance limitations, and method for sign-ups. Proposals for tours during the AGM will be accepted through March 31.
The Member Initiated Events (MIE) program can provide funds to cover or off-set the cost of hosting an event. Please go to https://www.calarchivists.org/MemberEvents to see the updated and simplified MIE guidelines and fill out a proposal form. Proposals for MIE events taking place during the AGM will be accepted through April 7. For any meet-ups that do not need costs off-set by SCA, please email Local Arrangements at localarrangements@calarchivists.org to list the event.
