SCA Annual General Meeting
April 27-30, 2021
The SCA Annual General Meeting 2021 virtual conference will be held Tuesday, April 27 through Friday, April 30 and supported by Cvent, an event management company. Registered attendees will access the AGM through Cvent's dynamic "Virtual Attendee Hub."
Pre-conference activities for SCA's AGM will be on Monday, April 26, and include webinars and virtual repository tours throughout the day. The AGM program commences on Tuesday, April 27, with meetings, activities and events that include a Plenary Session, a New Member Meet & Greet event, a Leadership meeting for those interested in learning more about participating in SCA's committees and the Board, an opportunity for SCA's various committees to meet, and our annual Members Meeting. We also will be able to attend an Awards Event on one of the days, enjoy short videos about SCA's history, interact with some of our vendors, and have an opportunity or two to socialize with each other in less formal settings.
Code of Conduct
Please read and familiarize yourself with SCA's Code of Conduct as we expect participants in the SCA community to help create thoughtful and respectful environments where dialogue and exchange can take place. SCA is devoted to fostering cooperation and professional development among its members and does not tolerate harassment in any form.
|Tips for Accessing the Virtual Attendee Hub||Log-in to the Cvent AGM website|
|SCA's 2021 AGM took place the last week of April but as a registered attendee you still have access to any recording made of the sessions and meetings. You can still log in to the Virtual Attendee Hub, the platform that is supporting the AGM's sessions and meetings, and navigate to the sessions you're interested in watching. Here are the top tips to help you get the most of out this experience:|
|Logging In||Log-in to the Cvent AGM website or visit the AGM website and select the "Already Registered?" link. If you're experiencing issues logging in, please contact the Local Arrangements Committee: email@example.com|
|Technology Requirements||The only technical requirement to access sessions is an internet connection. Otherwise, the Zoom meeting app will be used for interactive experiences in the exhibits and consultations. We recommend downloading this in advance of the event. However, you will automatically be prompted to download upon entering a virtual exhibit booth for the first time (if not already on your computer). Please visit the Zoom download center for download and version information. If you already have Zoom installed on your computer, log-in to your account and click the "user name" button in the top right-hand corner to check for updates (the most current version is 5.6.4).

Help us celebrate SCA's 50th anniversary by making a contribution during SCA’s "$50 for 50" anniversary campaign, which is being held this year in lieu of one of SCA’s Annual General Meeting traditions, the Silent Auction. Donations made during this campaign will support SCA awards and scholarships.
